Нет, номер одного человека, который ей редко звонил, но покупка была новая, нужно было разбираться. На сайте самсунга только один сервисный центр в Кременчуге: Інек-кремінь вул. Московська, 55/1 Кременчуг, Полтавська обл.
Если телефон не на гарантии, то можно отнести в Телефончик, вроде на водоканале сейчас их сервис.
Пожалуюсь на "Атлант". Потек бойлер, разобрали, течет в месте сварки трубки с баком трубки. Муж отвез в Атлант, с просьбой отремонтировать. Взяли, говоря : "Мы посмотрим". Звонят через сутки, сказали что они такое не делают, надо варить везти. Мы это знали и без них. Взяли содрали за эту услугу ( подержали сутки) 50 грн, за что спрашивается? Всегда считала Атлант приличной фирмой, разочаровали.
Здравствуйте. Кто знает где у нас хороший сервис по ремонту бытовой техники? В частности надо отремонтировать стиральную машину LG. Об "Инеке" не очень хорошие отзывы...
